If you are having trouble with the HVACiSpec™ program or CD-ROM, please let us know by using the e-mail menu at the bottom of any page. Simply select "HVACiSpec™ Support" from the pull-down menu and click the "E-mail" button. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Since the program is so new, we have not received a large amount of feedback, and therefore have not developed a comprehensive support area of the site. Over the next several months we will be evaluating the feedback we receive and using it to tailor the support area to the users' needs. Your feedback is crucial to the success and improvement of the program and CD-ROM, so if you have used it and have a moment, please let us know what you think. You may use the e-mail menu at the bottom of any page, or use the form on our downloads page, which will give you access to the downloads area and the opportunity to sign up for our forthcoming newsletter.

Revision History
The most current version of the HVACiSpec™ program and CD-ROM is 1.1 (Note that the spine of the CD-ROM case is labeled 1.0), which is the original release version. There are no updates available at this time. However, page 5-3 of the HVAC Catalog has been updated with 2 catalog number corrections (see details below). Since the price and specifications have not changed, we will not release an update until the next version CD, although the downloadable pdf version has been updated, as reflected by the new version number, 1.3e.

Changes in version 1.3e of the HVAC Catalog:

Page 5-3, Simplex Pump Panel
The second instance of catalog number 136162 has been changed to 136182
The first instance of catalog number 136175 has been changed to 136183

Printing notice added ("e" revision only)
Version 1.3e of the HVAC Catalog now has printing enabled (The 1.1 version on the CD-ROM has separate on-screen and printable versions). Since the quality is lower than the 1.1 printable version, and the heavy ink coverage pages of the on-screen version are included, the 1.3e version opens to an "Important Printing Notice" suggesting that users obtain our HVACiSpec™ CD-ROM for a higher resolution printable version without the heavy ink coverage pages.
